In-House Platform For Managing Client Reservations
Project Goal: A redesign for Furnished Quarters' in-house platform for tracking apartment occupancy and sending quotes to inbound reservation inquiries. Our goal: replace the manual method of emailing quotes with an automated booking process.

Platform limitations prohibited some of the ideas from the concept. However, an interactive map and collapsible navigation made it into the finished product.

Booking Process
Future guests receive a link with up-to-date housing options based on availability and price, replacing the outdated email method. Reservation agents no longer had to email apartment options — which could change all the time! — to clients via copy and paste. From here clients could book through the portal, rather than by phone.

Sales Dashboard
I designed this real-time dashboard for the Furnished Quarters sales team to check occupancy and apartment rates. To allow sales staff to focus on their own markets, I proposed a customizable series of cards that reflected each markets' data. Each member of the sales team to could drag and drop the cards to focus on their own priorities, and their dashboard view was tied to their unique Salesforce account.

Corporate Admin portal
A stage two objective was to create dashboard for corporate clients to manage their employee stays. I designed timeline to visualize arrivals and departures. Travel managers could also filter a list of all reservations, departure notices and guest service requests.
